To The runes.
All Runes are possible on Leblanc.
You can run CDR per Level if you like the 40% or you can go AP PER level or just ap , it doesnt matter.
I just pref AP Per Level for the burst.

For items there are Many ways you can go.
Some pref to go Morellonomicon like i do.
and some do pref to rush Frost Queen's Claim or Athene's Unholy Grail .
Then you can also go as second item Everfrost but i never do that LOL.
Well atleast not in Ranked.

So many people asked me Why you would max 3 times.
SO here's the answer.
I max Q Almost on Every Matchup expect champs like / / .
Cuz I mostly Poke With wich is 100 DMG Per 5 Second.
Wich isnt Bad \ / .
but after lvl 6 im just going in deep.
So im maxing to get Max DMG and CDR on it.

+ = One of the best Combos imo.

+ = Works too. but i dont use it lol.

+ = Good too if your top or just know like on talon , youll roam much ^^.

For ranked play you should atleast Play 10-25 Leblanc Normals Like srsly.
You wont be able to be like " hey im a diamond 3 Leblanc main and i can do this **** easy. Kappa. "

The and Of Leblanc are really simple.

The
> 1 Stun = 1 Death in late.
> Countered by MR extremly hard due Maw / Solaris / Qss.
> Exhaust is your hardest Opponent.
> Tanks Counters you.
> Mana Problems.

The
> Oneshotting From lvl 6 till 14.
> Just a beast Champ.
>Hated by Everyone.
>if ur ahead and ur team is doing good pretty easy to carry.
