No sustain makes Jhin a very rough jungler. I can clear without returning with Teemo, Brand, Malzahar, all sorts of off-meta champs. This Jhin just gets executed pretty hard until level 3.
I don't think Jhin JG will work, as a jg if a champ falls behind early on then it becomes really tough to catch up. Enemy jg will start stealing and ganks easily without fear. Jhins trap and movement CC might help but they can't stop.
