Heeelloooo! My name is Sugar and today I wanna show you some Gnar -The Missing Link tips. You are gonna learn about some runes and items. At the beggining of the season Gnar was in top 5 toplaners. Now he's little bit out, but he's still top 10. Now he has got only 48% win rate but he is still playable. Enjoy! :3

AERY - Your attacks and abilities send Aery to a target, damaging enemies or shielding allies. Gnar is a type of poking toplaner especially in lane phase. Works good with your Q. Your enemy won't come close to farm if you use your Q correctly, so he will lose farm and he will be behind. In late game Aery might be a little usless but in actuall meta, early game is most important part of the game.



NIMBUS CLOAK - Shortly after casting your Ultimate, gain a burst of movement speed. It's usefull for escapes. When your enemies chase you, just use R into wall. They will be stunned + you will get much movement speed.



Whole Resolve gives you bonus health and damage. Very helpful while in MEGA GNAR form.

BLACK CLEAVER - Damage and tankiness just like for Garen. Core Item. Makes Gnar very strong in trades.



FROZEN MALLET - Auto Attacks slow enemy's movement speed for 20% (because Gnar is ranged). That means you can easily kite your enemy when he is chasing you + bonus 700hp wich is so much and bonus damage.
