Hey, great guide! I also main miss fortune and even created a guide for her xD soo.. I'm experimenting with essence reaver + trinity force lately.. I've red your guide and tried it on a normal game.. surprisingly.. I wasn't satisfied with the results of the game D: I know I'm stil uncomfortable with the build but I think she was lacking of armor pen to kill tanky champions D: yes, I enjoy this build because assassins are having a hard time killing me but still.. I feel like the damage wasn't just enough to play with this build.. sorry :( I also noticed that nimbus cloak >.> But can you elaborate more or a few suggestion on how to play this build? Thanks! Should I rely with my skills more than my auto attacks? :D Good day~

You're super right, sorry for the late reply. Its definitely an either or in regard to those items, one is all in and the other is poke. I've been sick with the flu for a month straight now. Yeah I struggle to put in effort to explain the build but you pretty much got it. Its good vs assassins but not tanks. Also I was versus a lot of bruisers building nothing but health and damage so it worked for me, but that was when the patch was fresh and people were playing more bruisers than more of the e v e r y t h i n g played now. Before I edited it I went Duskblade, Serrated Dirk then Trinity and I think I'll change it back to that.

Oooh.. so that's how it is.. Thanks! Although I think reaver is still good considering the consistency of damage coming from it! maybe I'll still consider building it after trinity or something >.> heh..

I'm sorry but as an ex ADC and MF main this guide makes no sense to me.

To bo honest I kind of disagree with both items and runes. They're not exactly the best for MF in any way shape or form. Also Lethality MF's not been the best either since last season's big "Lethality nerf". Maxing Q on MF should always come first as it's the best source of damage you have besides your R ofcourse!?The second ability you want to max is your W as not only does it increase movement speed but it also increases attack speed when you activate it. As a last thing I'd have to say, max crit MF is the best build with the Press the Attack in Precision, also you can get away with 100% crit and have a Black Cleaver in there as well if you know how to build her correctly.

"In any way shape or form." I'm not so sure the absolutes are really right here. Its definitely effective to play MF in more than one way, and I go into very specific detail for an unfinished build as to why things work. Most top ranked ADC players prefer Lethality to this day, as do I, but they also think crit is perfectly fine, as do I. Q has a 100% AD ratio and only goes up in bonus damage by 20 points per level. And I thought I chose Press the Attack, thats why I like W max first. With more attack speed you proc Press the Attack more reliably and its the better choice for killing tanks which MF isn't the best at. Ultimately I understand people have preferences and this build guide isn't saying there is only one way to play, unlike you, clearly by the different builds I show. If you read the text I say you can change some things up. The Crit build is the last one I've been working on and isn't finished. Black Cleaver is not an absolute either.
Really all I can say to you is maybe you should try what I say before judging it so harshly.

I wasn't an MF main for nothing in season 7, played like over 100 games had over 60% winrate. I've tried them all , what I've just told you is pretty much the best thing you can get even now. The thing is ,what you prefer might not be the best choice. I've seen more MF's that can't really play the champion this season due to the new runes than in season 7 tbh. It's like playing Draven with Summon Aery which is bad on him but you can make it work if you know what you're doing. But hey, to each his own I guess, what might work for you might not work for me.

By the way I had Cleaver on the guide, but due to a bug it wasnt showing. I have to remake the item build, if I use the arrows to move them around it just makes them invisible.
I get that MF is sacred to you, and that you played her a year ago, but these builds are for season 8. If you read the notes it explains why things are effective. I really hope you at least give them a try. Its like you said, Aery is trash on Draven yet I see Tyler1 use it and he is pretty good with Draven. What works for me could work for others, and it could work for you but you have to try t.
Did you play MF in ranked? How far in to ranked did you get if its ok to ask?

Tyler1 using aery on Draven doesn't mean it's good. IT means he makes it work because let's face it, Tyler's that good at Draven, he did onetrick Draven to challenger. My highest rank was platinum as I did not take league seriously,I'm married , have a kid and have a 3 shifts job so you could understand why. This season I've been placed silver 4 due to bad teams in placements and right now I plan on hitting at least diamond and start streaming this season if my kid will allow me some free stream time since he's just 4months old. I've got up to silver 1 in 14 days. I've played MF 4 seasons and I've mained all the roles since I've been playing since season 1. I think I should know what I'm talking about,this including season 8. I have multiple accounts across multiple regions with varied ranks as I test multiple things across the season in varied divisions, also I test stuff out on the PBE. But as I said, to each his own. Let's not drag this conversation out any longer for no reason, I just pointed out something that might interest you as the Guide creator.

I like this guide, and i want to see this guide complete. I never saw Miss Fortune like a good choise of champion. But now, with this combos and this build, i feel more sure at playing miss fortune. I dont play adc normally, but now when i play adc i use miss fortune. Thanks for taking the time of reading this comment, and thank you for making this guide. Good luck :3
