Why Play Soraka
Starting Items
Soraka's first 3 lvls are so strong that if you don't abuse it, there's no point playing soraka. You would want to start with spelltheif for the ap it give and 3 red pots because you would want to trade alot during the first 3 levels. In fact once u get to lane u should look to q auto whoever you can hit and keep autoing if u managed to land your q and end your trade with a q.

Bronze-Silver
In this elo, often times when you step up looking to q, they will likely walk towards you. However, this elo is actually reallly unstable so you never know if the eenmy will just suddenly stop moving and stay at their original position making you miss your q.
Silver-Gold
In this elo, people are still more likely to walk towards you when you walk up to them.Only thing to note is that sometimes you can try to hit your skillshots to the left or right side as they walk towards you. Also, as you approach high gold the enemies will sometimes walk back when you walk towards them so aim behind them to test it.
