Sivir, along with morgana will be your hardest counters. Try to avoid hooking Sivir, due to her barrier, giving her mana if she is fast enough. Try to get close to her and knock her up, if she then shields, she might just have to flash aswell, which gives you a perfect opportunity to flash hook right after her!
