I like the aggressive playstyle this build offers, but I gotta bring up the lack of Rylai's. I see why you prefer Shurelya's first, but not building Rylai's at all when you have things like Redemption in the suggested late items? Is there a particular reason you are skipping the pound for pound best item on Singed?

Rylai's is undoubtedly excellent, but it doesn't serve the function of this build. The function of this build is to support your team by roaming a bunch and having a build which gives move speed and utility. Now of course an argument can be made to suggest Rylai's should be built later on into the game but it's a hefty purchase and doesn't synergize massively with the rest of the build. For the most part you are sacrificing your gold earning to put your resources into your team mates, so having such an expensive buy that doesn't directly impact the utility of the build isn't very strategically sound.

Respectable tbh, when we were limit testing we couldn't shake off the extra move speed from runes, but if you think it's unnecessary then you do you :) Glad to hear you like it, it's pretty fun.
