Introduction

Hello guys! Welcome to my first Sejuani Jungle Guide. It's my first time to write a guide here in mobafire so I apologize if its messy. By the way I'm joemski from Philippines, I play League of Legends since season 1 in our server that is managed by GARENA. I am in Diamond II from Darius Wizard's. My role is either solotop or jungler. Hope you'll enjoy my first guide here and hope this will help.

Here's my Summoner Profile:

Lore

Trample them!

Sejuani was weaned on hardship and reared on barbarity. Where others succumbed to the harshness of the Freljord, she was tempered by it until pain became power, hunger an encouragement, and frost an ally in culling the weak. Through her ordeals, she learned that to thrive in the endless winter, one must become just as cold and unforgiving. In Sejuani's eyes, her followers either have the mettle to endure or the right to die. Once she has conquered the Freljord, she knows that those who survive will form a nation to be feared.

As a child, the leader of the Winter's Claw watched her tribe's numbers slowly dwindle. Cold and starvation took all but the most resilient. She was the only one of her siblings to survive to her tenth year, leaving Sejuani sure that she too would die in misery. In desperation, she sought spiritual counsel from her tribe's mystic. But the seer did not foretell Sejuani's death. Instead, she prophesized that Sejuani would one day conquer and unite the divided tribes of the Freljord.

Armored with absolute faith in her destiny, Sejuani pushed herself to extremes that would have killed anyone without her will to endure. She walked into blizzards without food or furs and trained while frigid winds raked her flesh. She clashed with the strongest warriors of her tribe, one after another, until her legs gave out beneath her. When she assumed leadership of her tribe, Sejuani commanded her warriors to follow her example. Under her rule, the tribe grew stronger than they had ever been.

In the end, it was an offer of peace - rather than an act of war - that began Sejuani's campaign of conquest. On the first day of winter, envoys from Ashe's tribe approached Sejuani's camp bearing a gift of Avarosan grain. Ashe's intent was clear: if Sejuani united with her tribe, the Winter's Claw would never go hungry again. To Sejuani, the gift was an insult. In Ashe's tribe, she saw men and women, slight and soft, who preferred to farm instead of fight. Her contempt for them was absolute.

Sejuani gathered her people and set the grain alight. She proclaimed that Ashe's offer of charity would bring only weakness. Stripping the envoys of their supplies, Sejuani sent them back with a message: the Winter's Claw would prove to the Avarosan that only the strong deserve to survive in the Freljord. As the grain burned behind them, Sejuani rode out with her warband to inflict the first of many painful lessons to come.

"I was cut from the ice, shaped in the storms, hardened in the cold." -- Sejuani

I take these runes for fast clearing/early high damage/more successfull ganks

Starting Items

Next Items

Try to purchase these IN ORDER

As you can see, I like to purchase " Ruby Crystal ". I love this item and its also cheap. Stacking these will give you a toughness similar to Warmog's Armor.

If you feel that their AP carry is carrying their team, and you know that your support is going for a Locket of the Iron Solari

If you're support is not building a Locket, why not you build it instead?

For AD opponents:

I leave one slot "?" for your next item. You can build warmogs, rylai, etc but base it on the situation of course.

Final Items

These final items are based on situations:

Heavy AP opponents:

This items gives you a lot of magic resistance and tons of health. High HP and MR counter's burst from AP opponents.

Heavy AD opponents:

High Damage:

If you know you're a bada$$ pig-woman jungler, then this is for you. Though this is always my item build on her hehehe.

Balanced:
Lots of Health and Armor with 100+MR.

Jungle with Ganking Routes

NOTE: Do not use SMITE on a Fully Health jungle monsters especially on Baron/Drake/Ancient Blue Golem/Red Elder Lizard instead, attack the monsters first until you feel that you can kill it using SMITE. ALSO ALWAYS CHECK THE OPTION, " SHOW TIMESTAMPS "!!!!! It is mandatory for all junglers.

Route 1
Blue Team:
Smiteless Blue - Red - Gank Mid/Bot - [if Mid : Wraith - Wolves - Recall for boots and potions] [ if Bot: Golems - Wraiths - Gank Mid - Wolves/Wraiths - Recall for boots and potions ]
Purple Team:
Smiteless Blue - Red - Gank Mid/Top - [if Mid : Wraith - Wolves - Recall for boots and potions] [ if Top: Golems - Wraiths - Gank Mid - Wolves/Wraiths - Recall for boots and potions ]

Route 2
(Although this is a risky route, when you succeeded to follow this route you will now have the upper hand)
Blue Team:
Smiteless Blue - Invade Enemy Red - Gank Top - proceed to Gank Mid - Wraiths - Red - Gank Bot - Golems - Recall for boots and potions.
Purple Team:
Smiteless Blue - Invade Enemy Red - Gank Bot - proceed to Gank Mid - Wraiths - Red - Gank Top - Golems - Recall for boots and potions.

Route 3
(Lame Route >.<)
Blue Team:
Blue - Wolves - Wraiths - Wolves - Red - Gank Mid/Bot - [if Mid, Wraiths - Wolves - Recall for boots and potions] [if Bot, Golems - Wraiths if you can - Recall for boots and potions]
Purple Team:
Blue - Wolves - Wraiths - Wolves - Red - Gank Mid/Top - [if Mid, Wraiths - Wolves - Recall for boots and potions] [if Top, Golems - Wraiths if you can - Recall for boots and potions]

And lastly,

Adapt to all situations. But for me, I don't follow routes :P

Old Sejuani VS. New Sejuani

I am happy on the Sejuani rework but i still prefer her old ultimate because she can freeze her enemies even it reaches it's maximum range. But now it's too OP for her if you bring back her old ultimate, so i believed as a compensation for her old ultimate to be nerfed, she gained an interesting ability "Q" which knocks her opponents in the air with % damage. Her second skill "Flail of the Northern winds" is nerfed i think which makes her slower than her former self. Her passive seems good in the jungle and teamfights compared to her old passive BUT without the passive slow on her right now, it's hard to gank at level 2 and the most difficult thing is IT'S HARD TO DISTRIBUTE points on her kit now. Her kit now allows players to distribute skills randomly coz all of her skills brings high damage output. So it confuses the player which skill is to maxed first and it's really a problem unlike the old days. For me, Old Sejuani is a strong jungler but I rarely see her when I played in Ranked Solo Queue and I was wondering why? Even those international pro players don't even bother to pick her. But for me she was fine back then. Now she's doing great and very sexy with her rework. Overall a medium power-up on Sejuani and I don't think she will be nerfed for future patches.

Teamfights

In my opinion, Sejuani is the best initiator in the game! even greater than that rock monster Malphite. A long ranged stun and slow with magic damage on all enemies within its radius! Using your ultimate for initiation, your team mates will feast on the frosted enemies. Charge the enemies with your rampaging pig when the stun is over will bring them into the air and your team-mates will love you forever >.<. During a clash, press "W" and "E" combo for tons of damage with additional Liandry's torment and Sunfire cape, you will deal tons of damage and the only thing left on your team-mates is to KS all the enemies and this will lead your team to victory!

He's faster in clearing the jungle than you and he can dodge also your skills.

He might fall late game if you play safe. Try not to duel this guy alone.

Pedobear

I really hate enemy Volibear. Seriously

Xin Zhao

Scary in the jungle. However you can stomp him in clash. Don't duel this guy on the jungle.

With his Brolaf skin he's too manly for you to use your ultimate on this guy especially when he shouts BROMACIAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!! Avoid him in the jungle or you will regret eating true damage.
