Introduction

Hi I'm Roberto Mione (Robertomy1), I'm a support main that likes to play really safe Lulu after the changes in the Patch. 6.13 so I decided to create this guide.

Runes

Standard tanky runes with the hybrid penetration runes for the poke in early game, but in this case the poke will be really less because you are playing right now a "Jannaversion" of Lulu.

Masteries

Of course the masteries are concentrated about the utility and the sustain during le laning phase.
Increase the cooldown reduction from 40 to 45% it's quite good because just from the start you have 10% Cd and late game your utility it's really good (see the core build)
