This is Evelynn. She is an AP champ. NOT AD. STOP DOING AD BUILDS. They are not nearly as powerfull. The final build that I wrote here actually gives you a 2000 HP burst on enemies (AP/ADC).

PROS
>Movement speed allows to quickly gank other lanes.
>Magic penetration will give you the ability to put some hurt on tanks.
>You can also use her as a ganker instead of having a jungler.
>Can easily escape anything.
CONS
>Extremely squishy (though a pro can avoid this issue)

Always time your Q properly. It is spamable but you should stil be carefull to get the most out of it.
