I find her VERY VERY annoying. Her stun is so annoying because you won't be able to use your ult. Don't stand infront of her balls and you will not get stunned. Just be ready when she uses her ulti because then shet can damage. She is pretty hard to play against but you got it fam.

Of Ekko loses lane he will be unable to do damage
Of his enemy is buying mr he will not do so much damage
Of his vs a counter he will likely lose the lane
Farming
Well of you just have to q a little while hitting your enemy laner and don't spam it. E on canon minons. But just don't q 2 much. Always alteast try to hit your enemy laner with the q. Or of he isnt there. You need to have some mana to use your q only on minons.
Team Work/Counter jungleing
You ask me i didnt.
so of you wanna do so. Wait for your jungle to get in a bush and of you see the enemy jungler in the other bush you can push your lane, hit your enemy laner with your E. And then the enemy jungler should come and then you should put down your w and then your jungler should come. You will get them both of the don't make it to the tower.
Out played
Just w. Run away, of they are atleast 2 people afther you or more/less. You can use your r when it gets inside the area of your w and then pop your ult and your w should pop pretty soon. You got yourself a double or a way out and they will run away because you did damage to them. You can also try to get your passive in and then ult. You get your passive in with your q. They will most likely not try to dodge it because they only think about killing you.
