It did have major changes... It had updated build, 3 new chapters... It was uploaded again because I accepted it wasn't finished and shouldnt of been published

Second tier utility should have three points in Mastermind and one point in Artificer.

Don't play Anivia but the guide overall looks pretty good. Although few people take Clarity, I would still mention it like Sirell said as it would be a helpfull alternative for those who havn't figured out how to conserve the manas yet. +1

Don't even speak of any possibility for taking Clarity.
