1: You have 2
2: ALL of your items are late game items. You don't have any early game sustainability, and will be shut down by a half decent team. Your endgame plan has really nice damage, however, you have nothing to GET you to late game.
3: You don't have a good description on how to actually play udyr, which is important with such a dynamic champion.
My advice:
Clean up your guide (add pictures), and go into more detail.
Put your tank build into the item/stats builder rather than just writing it in the tank section and having your dps build in both builders.
Fix up your dps build so that it will work better in a real game.
For now, I will give you a -1, but if you fix up the guide, I will change it to a +1.
