The map below shows the jungle routines for both Beginner and Experienced players:
Take note that experienced players must leash Blue Buff to successfully down him. Also if even though you are a pro, but have an *** team, you should use the beginners guide. Error on the side of caution.
This is your roaming and ganking map:
Keeping ward placement is a must for ganking. You never know when a 2v1 can turn 3v2. The paths highlighted in black show you common ganking paths taken to catch the enemy off guard.

Now with all this jungling and roaming you might notice there isn't a lot of experience to be had. That is why you must be aware of your teammates and be ready to fill in whenever a lane is left empty. If one of your 2 solo lanes go b or die. YOU MUST TAKE THEIR PLACE. This will keep your experience up and ultimately help your team.
Keep in mind your role in team fights. KEEP THE TEAM DISABLED AND SPREAD! Bye using
Pulverize and
Headbutt carefully you can easily turn the tide of out numbered team fights.
Alistar at heart is a support champion. So if you're a support ...supporting, and your team does bad... transitive property YOU'RE BAD. I cannot stress enough, only play this champion when needed.
