Trinity force on Sivir is a serious no no.

There are some irrelevancies in the guide that i'm gonna edit now. I'm glad some of you figured out that the extra long sword was to build a Manamune at the end. At the time the graphic for Manamune wasn't available on mobafire and i haven't been able to update anything due to other obligations. In hindsight i should have noted that in the guide. My bad. As a result this build isn't at the top anymore lol. Never the less the guide looks pretty sloppy with some of the changes made to certain items. Time to clean up :D

Nice build, but you've forgot to insert "Manamune" in the items build. (I suppose you wanted to put in Manamune because of "Tear of Goddess"?)
If i'm wrong, then sorry. But you might have forgot it ;)

Whether I win or lose, even with low defense, I don't die often with Sivir. 0-4 deaths 90% of the time. She is underestimated for sure.

I saw the thing about Manamune but I didn't see Manamune in the item progression chart, I thought maybe you get it at the end in which case the Long Sword would be in the way but if you go for Manamune before Bloodthirster, which makes sense to build it up, then yes you do need that Long Sword if you have enough cash but not enough for Manamune. I retract my previous post :P

The build splits about 50/50 for me- epic win or epic loss. Provided your team can hold its own in a 4v4/4v5, you're free to backdoor (And tank a 50% health turret!) once you get the Trinity Force. She can 1-on-1 a few champions that seem to ALWAYS get in the way, like Lux (Via Spell shield) or Twisted Fate (via On The Hunt/Boomerang Blade), but against a tank or a heavy CC, you tend to lose survivability alone.

Also, as detailed in the full description, Manamune is a MUST. I tend to skip the Long Sword for Tear of the Goddess, but it turns into a Manamune so quickly it's irrelevant.

Forgot to mention, the Long Sword after the Vampiric Scepter isn't needed. You have it after The Bloodthirster already where it should be. Buying both leaves no room to buy the Pickaxe.

-edit-
6/0/4 with Sivir, I was on my way to Recurve Bow when they surrendered
10/0/7 got to Pick Axe but we took them down fast or I'd have gotten more kills

Worked great for me. Went 14/3/24. Also went 4/2/4 in a loss but it was 4v5 and the rest of my team surrendered.... I was still pretty unstoppable took their whole team to TRY and kill me. If you know what you're doing with Sivir such as making enemy Champs keep their distance and using SS properly this build is great. I do suggest Flash as it makes for quick escapes espcially when you skip over a rock/tree wall in the jungle. Flash also helps for using Ignite on a fleeing amost dead Champ.

Btw in my victory I killed 320 minions and dealt out 340k damage while taking 31k... Flash did save my life ~4 times. Also I'm only lvl 15 I do not have the masteries or any of the runes at all. I imagine it could only get better, much better.

Her Ult is HUGE. I've saved lives with it as well as led my team to many team battle victories and turret/inhibitor quick kills. I use it often.

I used a slightly different build where i went
-Berserker Greaves
-Manamune
-2x Blood Thirsters
-Last Whisper
-Tri-force

Once i farmed up my bloodthirster, i could drop a Mord very fast
i went 14/2 first time as sivir

Good build
