Hi, this is my first build, and i hope you guys enjoy it, and please, if you think there are things i can improve, please tell me ok?
In each LOL update i come here to change things that can improve J4 performance in game.

Why these runes?

Greater Mark of Desolation - Gives a lot of armor penetration, so you can deal more damage to you opponent.
Greater Seal of Alacrity - Attack speed is really useful at jarvan, because with this build, he will have a lot of damage, but it's totally worthless without attack speed.
Greater Glyph of Malice - Awesome. Gives critical strike chance, so you can deal even more damage.
Greater Quintessence of Might - Why get runes with only full potential at 18? Because the most of ranked games, or even normal games, each champion gets 18 before the match ends. And even if the match finished before 18, the Attack Damage given by these runes are useful at any time of game.

These masteries will make jarvan a great damage dealer and get some survivability.
I think it's not necessary to explain each masteries, because it explains by itself.

Item Sequence :

Start of the game : Regrowth Pendant + Health Potion ( These itens are just awesome for jarvan at early game, because it gives some Health Regen, which is really good for J4 )
After Getting Enough Gold : Get The Philosopher Stone and the Boots of Speed.
Then : Get the Heart of Gold And Mercury Treads
Mid Game: Now J4 starts to get Damage and survivability. Get The Trinity Force, starting by the item you would like to choose. I prefer to start with Phage, but the other two are really great too.
Now: You get the chain vest or the negatron cloak, based on which champion you are most facing.
After this : You get the Sunfire Cape and the Force of Nature.
Late Game: Finish you build getting atma's impaler, which gives you some good damage and Phantom Dancer, which you make you have A LOT OF Attack Speed, Critical Strike and Movement.

Skill Sequence

Dragon Strike - Always upgrade it when you can. It's your main source of damage
Golden Aegis - You can maximize it only on the last levels, because it's more for tanks than for AD champions. But it's great to get one point of it early because of the slow.
Demacian Standard - Gives you AS and Armor. Really great because it also deals damage and you can use Dragon Strike and go to the place of Standar.
Cataclysm - AWESOME AND OP ULT. It's really useful even with a whole team with flash. Because you can lock all of them and they can't do a thing. It's useful for escaping ganks too.

Summoner Spells

Flash - The best spell for every champion in LOL. It can help you to kill, chase or escape ganks.
Exhaust - The slow and Reduction of Armor and MR gives you a lot of advantage in fights. It can also help you to escape Ganks.
I don't think there are other good spells for this build, so i think this is the ones which you should choice.
