Note: He isnt that difficult like Brand to deal with but he can devouer the ADC away from youre W. Dont fight with Tahms w up becuse he can devouer the ADC from youe knock up and he can poke with W meaking it hard to stay in lane for long and start fights and avoid geing devouerd becuse you ADC will be in a 1 v 2 for 2 seconds. Try going in when he dosent have mana or W up and charm him as well becuse he can save his ADC from the knock up then.
