He is able to conduct invades thoroughly well and can even outduel Vayne. Like Teemo says, "Never underestimate the power of the Scout's Code!"

These are the most advisable summoner spells for adc. However, when playing adc it may be to your benefit to grab for extra safety or to be able to quickly invade the enemy jungler. All in all, take what is most useful for your matchup.

So for runes we take this set up to make it easier to last hit but also to make it so that our abilities scale. These masteries make it easier to do that. Don't forget playing ADC Teemo is a mix of building attack speed, crit, and Ability Power. This gives us great on hit damage with E and provides good scaling throughout the game.

When playing ADC Teemo, you must have a split-push mentality. You use your to help cs and clear waves and you use your to get away from sticky situations. Moreover, in order to play ADC Teemo well, the utilization of your passive attack speed and invisibility from Camouflage is needed. This passive gives a huge attack speed buff: 40%!!!!!!!!!!!. This makes ambushes especially deadly when you auto attack and then follow up with a to make retaliation difficult. However, this passive is best used when invading the enemy jungle. If possible, sneaking into the enemy jungle and then sitting still at his second camp, or until he comes to surprise him with your attack speed buff and Toxic shots is guaranteed to blow a flash (OR YOUR IP BACK!) and sometimes gives you a kill. Then transitioning to lane with either blue or red buff gives you somewhat of an advantage early and ruins the jungler's early game. However, this strategy, if not executed in a timely manner, may put you behind in lane.
