I am the AD Carry Range (and not range) for the ranked team ALl Time Blow and I main Ezreal and highly recomend this build.
Scores
Normal scores for this build will be about 20/5/6 and thats on an average. I may get more or less depending on who i verse.
Item Replacements
Some item replacements you can get is instead of a Bloodthirster is another Infinity Edge or another/more attak speed items.
Summoner Spells
Why those spells and what to change? With ingnite you may change it to an exhaust so they cant get away but it is recomended to keep it as ignite and flash, easy so you can teleport twice.

Q. Why not AP?
A.Well AP is recomended for filling in various roles, i can make a guide for it later its just up to your choice!
Q.Is he a good ranked champion?
A.Well isn't it obvious he is viable AP and AD, meaning he can go AD Carry miany lane AP Carry any lane.
