This build is good for when you already have a tanky team and you need some DPS to go in there. Your main objective late game is to ult into team fights and then kill the AD/AP carries. I find it best to wait till the fight has started and then proceed to stealth in because the carries are then distracted by the rest of your team and will be easy kills with all your damage you have build. You max W in the jungle first because rengar will put out just as much damage early game if not more if he hits a large AOE W over a double Q combo. But late game the double Q is much more powerful than the W (obviously). When initiating on someone with your entire combo ready you should go for the Q first, followed by W, then another Q, then bola strike them to slow there speed for the easy kill. You can normally get the whole QWQ off before the enemy champ has time to react.

Farm is very important in this build, Farm until you have boots and a necklace, and then proceed to gank lanes nonstop (unless they are pushed). This will allow you to get some early stacks on your bone necklace and get that bonus armor penetration early. You should always be trying to gank when your ultimate is up, considering its long CD early game.
