Intro
I've played around with other Lee Sin builds but never really liked tanky lee builds so i modified what ive been playing around with some more straight forward DPS items.
if you have any question with the guide feel free to ask in a comment below.
My starter item is always Vampiric Scepter because it allowed me to always stay at fullhealth even really early on this is good because it allows you to gank even at level 3 without having to worry about recalling to heal up Cloth armor is next to help midigate your enemies early items to help gank.
I get sheen first just because it amazing lol i do recommend if you go back to get sheen also grab the 2nd vamperic scepter this helps you survive, next is blood thirster its a good raw damage with good life steal right after blood thurster is Phage this is your new red buff with alittle added health.
next up is Last whisper this counters anyone tring to get any armor + is a direct buff to you Q.
My last item in the guide is trinity force direct upgrade from sheen and a amaming item.
The last item you get is really up to you there are alot of choices you can make with this item so its very situational to what your up against.
My recommendations are:
more damage - Infinity edge
More health - Warmogs
Armor - Thornmail or Frozen heart
Magic Resist - Banshee's Veil - or Force of Nature

This is just gonna be the route i take when jungling.
Wolfs
Wraiths - use Smite on blue wraith
Twin Golems
wolfs - Look for a Ganking oprotunity
-no Gank- recall
wraiths
Twin golems
Red buff
Blue buff
-look to gank-
recall
wolfs
wraith
twin golems
dragon - you should be around level 7 for first dragon kill.
then you should gank and clear jungle when ever.
Helping another lane push is never a bad idea to me it puts pressure on the other team and causes them to sometimes make mistakes.
Continued in Skill Sequence.

This will only be helpful tips with lee Sins abilities.
when jungling with Lee Sin its always good to watch his passive its where alot of your damage comes from.
When using Lee Sins ability's he gets a buff called "Flurry" ( After Lee Sin uses an ability, his next 2 basic attacks gain 50% Attack Speed and return 15 Energy each. )
With this timing your ability's is key to doing the most you can with Lee Sin don't just go into a fight spamming your ability's use one let him auto attack twice then use his other ability's. allowing him to auto attack twice between every ability.
Example:
Open fight with Sonic Wave / Resonating Strike - Auto attack twice - Tempest - Auto attack twice - Cripple - Auto attack twice - Safe guard - Auto attack twice - iron will. repeat
Depending on the situation that rotation may change to Safeguard / Iron Will before Tempest / Cripple.
Quick Note: I tend to use Dragon's Rage to help with Ganking. I Sonic Wave / Resonating Strike to get in close to the enemy then i use ghost to quickly get ahead of the enemy and Dragon rage them out of there turret range or closer to your allies.

Passive - Flurry
After Lee Sin uses an ability, his next 2 basic attacks gain 50% Attack Speed and return 15 Energy each.
Q - Sonic Wave / Resonating Strike
Sonic Wave: Lee Sin projects a discordant wave of sound to locate his enemies, dealing physical damage to the first enemy it encounters. If Sonic Wave hits, Lee Sin can cast Resonating Strike for the next 3 seconds.
Resonating Strike: Lee Sin dashes to the enemy hit by Sonic Wave, dealing physical damage plus 10% of their missing health.
W - Safeguard / Iron Will
Safeguard: Lee Sin rushes towards a target ally, shielding them both from damage. If a shield is broken, half the Energy cost is returned. After using Safeguard, Lee Sin can cast Iron Will for the next 3 seconds.
Iron Will: Lee Sin's intense training allows him to thrive in battle. For 5 seconds, Lee Sin gains Lifesteal, Spell Vamp, and Armor.
E - Tempest / Cripple
Tempest: Lee Sin smashes the ground sending out a shockwave that deals magic damage and reveals enemy units hit. If Tempest hits an enemy, Lee Sin can cast cripple for the next 3 seconds.
Cripple: Lee Sin cripples nearby enemies revealed by Tempest, reducing their Movement and Attack Speed for 4 seconds. Movement and Attack Speed recover gradually over the duration.
R - Dragon's Rage
Lee Sin performs a powerful roundhouse kick launching his target back, dealing physical damage to the target and any enemies they collide with. Enemies the target collides with are knocked into the air for a short duration.
