in the laning phase try to clear the first 3 minions then poke your enemy with 2 or 1 auto attacks and then use your w . when you hit level 2 and you enemy is half hp from the poke u did earlier aa the minions for 2 stacks then q him 2 aa ignite and w from there u buy jaurims fist . after that try the same combo in lane again but if u feel that u are getting ganked buy a ward and then buy a tiamat and from there completing the build, also checking the enemy red after u bought ur first 2 items to score a free kill .

with this setup you have the potential to carry a lot ,you can snowball from the beginning and win your game from there
