Pros / Cons

pros:
high mobility,
useful Ap ratios,
versatility,
great ult,
self heal


cons:
suffering a lot against cc,
squishy
risk of taking damage using peel,
dependent on partners in the back.

AGRESSIVE

in the aggressive mode, everything is used from the beginning. there is a lot of synergy of damage between the runes, the possibility of you fighting is favorable, you know your opponents well. there is great confidence in you to carry. the others will have to defend themselves.

VS CC (poke, artillery...)

good guys want to counter you there, they have a picture on the wall:
RAKAN: WANTED!! DEAD OR ALIVE!!
Rakan: WANTED ALIVE, AFTER CC = DEAD!

VS AD (Dive, Assassins...)

much damage in the beginning. they come up. They want to fight or burst.
You will fight them without fear. the mid and late will be yours.

TRANSCENDENCE
Gain 10% CDR when you reach level 10. Excess CDR becomes AP or AD (Adaptive).
+
FROZEN HEART 20 CDR , 100 ARMOR.

Runes

Used against poke.
If you do not suffer against poke this is undoubtedly the best option.
best synergy in rakan, received a nerf. but excellent if used with Nimbus Cloak.
excellent for rakan. combines with celerity
doing build with cdr, at least will have more ap than celerity. being able to have at max around 80 ap
. mid game ok. strong late.
