The strength of this build is pure damage with life steal. Whenever you get damaged too much and you can run out you simply have to either go jungle or push a lane on minions to rapidly regenerate your health to go for another push. It is also really useful to gank by stealthing behind enemy champions pushing a lane and punish them for doing so. It is extremely effective and might get alot of people pissed at you so be careful as they will always try to bring you down first.
