This build allows Teemo to be very fast oin jungle map and fly like aeroplane,
which is very nice to play, and also have good results (as you often arrive fast
on fights).

CORE THNIGS:

Buy Symbiotioc Shues for 900 - this will allow you to go back on map
and upfarm quick for parts of stormsurge that you will have on first drake
time.

Relentless hunter + symniotic shues + celerity + stormsurge give a lot of
move speed.
You may have close to 700 move speed on W on some situations.

The second item should be Liandrys Torment and the third could be Nashor
Tooth - though last 3 items chosen here as (Nashor Tooth, Void Staff and Rabadon Deathcap) are sorta optional, though i think there for sure should be Rabaddon in this set as its very strong item

1. symbiotic Shues - mandatory
2. Stormsurge - mandatory
3. Liandrys Torment - mandatory

4. Nashor Tooth - good option
5. Rabadon Deathcap - good option

some other classical teemo items could be used also (as items 4 5 6)
like Malignance, Cryptbloom or Blackfire Torch for ability hase,
Zonya or Banshee's Veil as defensive items

You may also try Lich Bane or even COsmic Drive for yet more move speed eventually...

Note thet Relentless Hunter is ALSO kinda optional (symbiotic shues + celertiy +
stormsurge (+ eventually dtake sould that gives more move spped) makes aeroplane teemo itself and some could prefer ultimete hunter as its also nice

As to jungle item i prefer Green Item - becouse it makes teemo notably m,ore tanky imo and it is worth yo buy, though with Red Item it has more damege and if you will get ahead Red item is also good
