Hextech Rocketbelt is the better option for mobility, with the movespeed bonus towards enemy champions. This should be the core mythic item in almost all of your games. | Night Harvester is the better option when enemies are in attack range. Although it provides more ability haste, it lacks the mobility necessary for you to get at the enemies' backline. |
TL; DR: You should choose Hextech Rocketbelt over Night Harvester.
With these core items in the midgame, you should be an unstoppable force with correct positioning. Hextech Rocketbelt provides the needed gapcloser to burst squishy enemies, while the low-cost Mejai's Soulstealer brings high snowball potential and Cosmic Drive adds extra ability haste for fast combos. |
Tips & Tricks
MAP AWARENESS
You'll often get sent back to the fountain by a jungle gank or support roam. Be aware of enemy positions on the map and place appropriate wards. Remember, vision is key.
It'll be difficult to place wards when the wave is constantly on your side of the lane. Place your level 1 ward to provide information on enemy jungle pathing instead of holding onto it.
ROAMING
Vladimir can easily roam bot at level 6 with Ghost and Hemoplague for a double kill.
