My Miss fortune build is perfect for aggressive players. If you play her you should always take mid cause you love playing against low hp enemies like annie, teemo, lux or other low hp chars.
you just use "make it rain" when they try to hit you. after this they will ALWAYS try to run back, then you attack them (you have great passive what makes u quick and with boots it hard to get away from you) you use your W skill "impure shots" ( it gives you attack speed, and best part is that when active it has same effect as ignite it causes your attacks to lower healing received and health regeneration by the target by 50% for 3 seconds so eaven if they try to heal they only have 50% of that so it is also good playing against soraka late game.) mostly they woun`t die after first harassment but i m pretty sure that they will have like 200 mb 300 hp max after your harassment in early game.
what means they must go base which gives you opportunity to destroy turrent, if they dont recall. you cant still harass them with "make it rain" under the tower.

A great combo in early game is to use your E skill and slow them and right after use your R skill, which does tons of dmg. So they cant leave the course of your Ulti so fast. It is also great combo in team fights.

Another combo is using your summoner spell exhaust then put your E skill in front of him and then use your W skill what gives u a nice extra attack speed.

*you can also use your E skill to save allies just put it front of enemies who are drying to kill you allies

in late game to catch enemies who are running away from lost team fight you can use Q- skill
if you already have Frozen mallet they will be slowed 30% its enough for your teammates to help you kill them, you can also use exhaust on that situation if its not on cd.

- tp is great way to go base and port back to lane while not losing any ex, also if you have noob teammates you can use it to save turrents.









- exhaust is my favorite summoner spell with Miss fortune, its just easy way to get down running enemies.













- they are also good for mf although usually support takes cv.










- i dont recommend those spells cause heal is kinda useless in mid and late game and you have same effect as ignite on W- skill, and fortify is for tanks











and other summoner spells are just ******** for miss fortune.

Early game

i pick make it rain and impure shots only.

why i prefer make it rain( E- skill) to double up? ( Q - skill) , well the answer is simple, i usually go for first blood in mid. so i think in mid it kinda hard to hit enemy char with double up cause there are so many minions. also make it rain so so perfect farming skill in mid, you can kill lots of minions in seconds. I m not saying that double up is pointless skill, just i think in early game you will have nice dmg with make it rain and also slow what will piss enemies off.

Mid game:

i take ulti and still lvling up impure shots and make it rain. take impure shots as much as you can it is your best skill( my opinion) its just great against swain fiddle Soraka, and other healers. i level make it rain because it gives u better slow on it. and that slow is important for your combos.

Late game :

now you start taking double up skill, you have already purchased frozen mallet and soon you gonna buy bloodthirster, they stack with this skill so it means if you use double up enemies will be slowed and you will life steal also with this sill if you have life steal items
