Why would you take Summon Aery in mid lane? Wouldn't that be used more for support champions?

Aery Poke allows ahri to constantly do damage. With Comet it has a cooldown and since I play aggressive it works with abilities and auto attacks Aery damage cannot be dodged. While also it doesn't have a cooldown its good against champs with high mobility.
