I prefer mobility cause when enemy jungler come, HP is less important. If you can avoid damage, you can stay longer in lane. ;)

Try to start with and buy then a if you have some hard time with your opponent. As you should be focusing on creeps early game, you shouldn't need so much HP. And even if you need survivability, your mobility should help you more than HP.

it has proven to work for me, but if you want to change it to your needs, go ahead. but i still think 2 and then is the way to go. as you focus on creeps, getting kills isn't that important and you won't need the mobility, because you won't push too much. when you are level 6, then you get your and start killing some enemies.

I think 2 aren't really usefull.
