I will edit more and add some videos, but in summary everyone i have seen playing him has been using varus as an autoattack champ. Using a build similar to how i play pantheon and talon, ive been doing decently well and decided to share. Making him ability based by building a mixture of straight AD and CDR lets you fire your arrows very quickly, doing tons of damage, and manamune keeps you in lane pretty much forever combined with the vamp quints/mastreys/dorans blades. Lane with hard cc like Naut and ****ING Leona (credit to Denazy for forcing me to say that), those are the two that i have seen the best results.

i run flash/tele, but SS are more based for play style than anything else. I love tele on almost anyone and flash combined with arrows/ult/ganked helps quite a bit.
