Great guide on Akali, definitely worth my vote, I can't bring myself to understanding how this guide received several down votes.

As of 3.02 patch you don't need any runes to proc her passives. Just telling you that now so you don't get flamed later on. Good guide btw. I just purchased akali so this will help. +1

Really good build it worked well, but I was wondering what your reasoning was for not getting hextech gun blade.

Arman, I've provided Runes/Masteries which will boost your AD to 10 minimally, however if you cannot afford the runes, switch out the Boots/3 pots for a Doran's Blade and that should be proccing the AD passive, and if you have the AP Runes/Masteries then both sides of her passive will proc.

The passive says that gaining just 10 AD gives you an initial 8% spell vamp.

Akali is by far one of my favorite champs, and this is a truly amazing guide. Although it's not updated to the latest patch, it offers some wonderful advice and a powerhouse build.
