This guide is mostly an item build for the more advanced Akali players.

Items
You want to get stacks with Mejai's & Occult without dying.
With this item build you'll have a lot of Spell-Vamp, Ability Power & Attack Damage. Because of Akali's Twin Disciplines and Twilight Shroud this setup (if used correctly) should make u pretty much immortal.
