This build let me go 42-2-3 resulting in 2 quadras and my first pentakill. Thank you so much for this guide.( I made an account just to thank you for this guide) if i knew how to plus 1 I would (if you want to see my penta go to the match history of Th3 R34p3r).

-1. No lichbane. You're missing out on some massive burst potential. Runes are a lil weird for an akali but I guess they work. I typically run: 7 ad marks, 2 mp marks, 9 health per lvl seals, flat ap glyphs and quints. Masteries look good. Guardian angel is completely unnecessary and costs quite a bit of money for someone who shouldnt be staying in a fight long enough to even warrant use of a guardian angel. Money better spent on a lich bane. Void staff is more situational but works. WOuldn't consider it a core item tho. I personally prefer sorc shoes over merc treads, but hey w/e boots u like more. Your guide is pretty decent, but like I said, no lich bane. Try it. Adds a TON of additional burst and helps nuke your oppenent faster.

Used this guide to achieve success many times now since buying akali!. Great guide which will most definately help people in figuring out a great assasin!
Good job, +1

So it would be better to swap the deathcap for lich? I think the revolver is still needed tho, as it builds into hextech gunblade.
Anyway, nice guide. +1

Actually it does proc in the beginning.

3 Greater Quintessence of Ability Power = 14.85
4 Greater Glyph of Ability Power = 3.96
5 Greater Glyph of Scaling Ability Power = .85

So that is 14.85+3.96+.68 = 19.6 ap

Also, mastery Archmage's Savvy gives .6ap/lvl. So this guide begins with 20.2 ap.

It is the exact cutoff to get passive at level 1 (taking out a flat ap rune and putting in a ap/lvl rune will drop below the 19.5 ap threshold, including masteries).

The runes gives u 18.67 AP at the beginning and the passive needs 19.5 AP to pop, why don't u have runes that gives you 19.5 AP at the beginning?
