Hey everybody, I'm Jeal0usy and this is my guide for Akali, The Fist of Shadow. Akali is a hybrid champion who has insane amounts of burst damage. She is perfect for taking down enemy carries quickly. I've been playing Akali for quite a long time now, and I mastered her completely. Hope you enjoy.

For my runes, I focus on max damage output. I take two magic penetration marks and seven flat attack damage marks. The attack damage is to help activate your life steal passive at level one. As for seals, I run nine flat ability power seals to add more damage to Akali's early game burst. For glyphs, I run nine ability power per level glyphs. This is to give Akali a steady amount of ability power throughout the game. And lastly, I take three flat ability power quintessences for obvious damage reasons.

I run a 21/0/9 standard build for max damage output and utility.

I max Mark of the Assassin first, as it is her most important skill. This is the reason why Akali is considered overpowered. The next skill I max is Crescent Slash, it is one of her important farming tools. I pick up Twilight Shroud at level 2, and max it last because it is only useful for the stealth. Lastly, a point into Shadow Dance should be added at level six, eleven, and sixteen.

Ignite is a great spell for getting the last bit of health left on an enemy early game, and is great to counter healers and potions. Flash is very versatile, it can be used to escape or initiate in a fight.

Pros:

+ Akali is an amazing chaser.
+ Insane amounts of burst damage.
+ Farms minions well.
+ Lots of mobility.
+ Can escape easily with Shadow Dance and Twilight Shroud.

Cons:

- Needs a specific rune page.
- No crowd control.
- Squishy.
- Targeted often.

For cleaning up minion waves, use Crescent Slash. To last hit minions, use Mark of the Assassin.
