Okay cool, first off i gave HEAT the credits in the guide cause it was his guide that started me off playing akali hes a beast at item composition. I choose the second Hextech because of the spell vamp essentially increasing my surivability. Also i think that CD reduction is from blue golem which i constantly get. So i would find that obsolete. I choose teleport because i like to have the ability to gank someone then go save a tower if needed it just allows me to be versitile in my overall gameplay. Akali IS squishy but yes survivability changes that i wrote to say she was squishy because if stunned she is dead so its one of those be careful types of the things. Also, in the masteries i messed up. My masteries ingame do not contain ghost and i have IMP exaust. Thanks for the comments! also, i dont need rylais early :p

Hextech is a good item on Akali, but I agree that it's abit misplaced. Saving up for such an expensive item before getting your rylais maybe isn't the best thing to do. Also I wonder why you are using Zhonyas ring. I would like to have to see some more description in the item section:). You say Akali is very squishy, I want to disagree, in my opinion akali has some excellent survivability skills. I almost only use twilight shroud defensively unless im 100% sure it will grant me a kill. If you have 5 people camping your TS you could probably try to shadow dance a creep or flash away, which have saved my *** several houndred of times.
I noticed you pick Teleport/exhaust, and you take improved ghost in masteries and also taking crit% chance instead of picking the impr. exhaust.

this build looks familiar(look at the top akali build)but i do like the changes u made.
also y do u make another hextech i would suggest getting something else such as CDs or some AD
