You should fix that. It's making the stat sheet misleading, and it's showing wrong stats atm.

oh i thought i mentioned that i had to fill up all the runes spaces left but since they didnt have the energy regen i just threw those on since having 2 of those would also work good for this build.

My misstake on skill sequence, but Runes part still don't say anything about thses 9 magic penetration quintessences...

if you take a min or 2 to scroll down and read the rune part of the guide it will explain the 9 quints as the site did not have the energy regen runes i use. And if u read other parts it will explain that the spell selection will differ depending on how your lane is doing and whats going on, i use the setup posted most often and its a good example but i did explain a few other ways to go about it.

I don't find this a good AP build. You have very little magic penetration, which can be crucial.
And whats up with 9 Quintessences? Did you have little time when writing this guide?
And you say you focus AP, why don't you max Mark of the Assassin earlier? You are loosing alot of burst there.
Your masteries are ok. It's much discussed if Havoc is worth all those points it takes to get it. And you loose alot of survivability by not diving deeper into the defensive tree.
