First u buy a Doran's blade. Then u buy the shoes. Buy sword of the Occult and sell the Doran's blade. Buy Mejai's Soulstealer. And then buy 3 hextech gunblades. The Hextech gunblades i because of the spellwamp and the lifesteal, almost make u immortal late game.

Runes

I go Magic penetration Marks because almost all the damage is magic dmg. I take flat health seals because i like them very much because they help a lot start game. I take flat ap glyph's and Quintessence to activate the passive, and they help alot start game.
