Tf jungle is easy but you also need thought into how you play. Kiting the monsters will make it easier for you to not lose health.

During early jungling, start golems then go red. kite the golems and try not to take damage. on the red buff get out in the open as far away as you can and have it soft reset for about 5 times(counting is key). after 5 resets walk towards it and take 1 or 2 hits then go back to your spot for the resets, repeat until defeated. after this you can do wolfs of go strait to blue. but kite both so you can go for a gank or two.

Start with a gold card in the bush and run at them(you can flash gold them). Red will also work, if you get a blue though just about the gank unless they are pushed up to far. When the gold card(or red) lands hit them with your autos and q, try to get another card and that will help to finish them up.

So all together, TF jungle is good but you need to be cautious of where the other jungler is, and it might be good to counter jungle when their jungler is a tank of is slow at clearing. And really, just have fun.
