Yes, my build is not for defence it is for doing a ton of damage and ganking. I just build Randuin's for regenerating health as I move across the map and ganking survivability. Thank you for your imput though I will make some changes.

Not even a single piece of defense item other than Randuin's, which is very weak if alone. Downvote from me, sorry.
