Well that guide is ****, especially the build.
You dont need Warmogs in Early and Jarvan isnt a real tank.
He's got no tank ability and he can deal tons of damage if you'd play him as a melee.
There is no reason to play him as a tank. Thats why I think your guide is ****.

jarvan was designed as a tanky dps imo going either full dps or full tank would work in some cases but you will not shine. i disapprove of a full tank jarvan for that reason
