These runes will be the best for mid or laning solo but best mi9d cause this build will devastate your enemy's because you will be able to lane much longer than what they can because of the mana regeneration and ability power in the beginning

These items will allow you so gain gold very quickly,because you will be able to use your ulti in long time spans with pout wasting any mana.The items will also allow you to lane much longer because of anivias armor and magic resistance in the start.

Anivia is great team player as her wall can block your enemy's from your ingured target or block then from getting away.This build allows her to use her wall and her Glacial storm(ulti) as a combo.What you would want to do is first use you ulti then quickly pop your wall behind then,will they are trapped for that moment you can use flash frost or frost bite(I prefer frost bite because of damage and cooldown).

The masteries i have used in the build allow you to lane for a long and will lv much quicker than your enemy's(you will be able to farm more).

If you are irritated by tank and how op some of them are this build will wiped the smiles of most of there faces. The wall and glacial storm combo is very powerful against any opposition and thus will OWN tanks
