When you play Anivia with this guide, you want to harass the enemy until you get the sauce (Ultimate). Once you have the sauce, you want to hit them with the tip of your first ability, stunning them. You want to follow by placing the sauce on the area where they are stunned and immediately block there exit with your second ability.
