Note this build/Annie support hybrid start would not work against supports like Thresh, Blitzcrank, Leona or Nautilus because then you will just end up getting caught and dead.

Note: Many ppl would rather see/think this as a troll build. But trust me its not. All you need to do is to stay in their bot lane bush. When their adc is about to farm you q + w + some basic attacks witch will lead her to be very low. Then she cant farm until minions come to tower. And also if they focus you down when your going to harass their adc you can easily exhaust their carry giving your carry a easy double.
