Good day reader
I am here to present a way to play annie in order to bring her up to full devasting destructive potential. This guide is gonna focus on a AP nuker annie that shreds both squishies and tank.

Lets talk about the pros and cons

PROS
huge damage potential
nice cc
great harasser
great laner
good speed for a spellcaster
PET - gotta love the giant bear of death
easy to learn
awsome range


CONS
squishy - you are a little girl, dont expect other people to not slap you in the face with cc
hard to reach damage potential if not fed early
skill dependent
focus target

Note - annie is a really well rounded champion

FLash
god riot please dont take this spell out
great escape spell and awsome chasing
i had alot of times where enemy was one disintegrate away from death but i was out of range, flash can fix that.
Also flashing to initiate an attack can throw your opponent off and by that time you would have unleashed your spell combo and they would be dead.

Ghost
Running away and chasing thats what it does

OTHER GOOD SPELLS

Teleport
Teleport works with really any champion, this helps set up ganks and makes laning and pushing easier, replace ghost with this if you want to switch out

ignite
Well since you burn already why not add more >_>...., alot of people put this on annie but i really think its overkill. but thats just me, it really is a great spell.

Heal
Ughh.....more survivability = more spells unleasheed = yay :D i win
but flash and ghost trumps it
its not bad but really not the best save it for your support or some other person on your team who dont want to die

Clarity
Ya since your gonna be spamming harass or last hit this helps alot, i personally never run out of mana with annie cause one combo is enough to destroy people. Replace ghost with this would be fine

save it for the dps, your stun and tibbers can bring people to their knees


Revive
the 9:00min cd is not worth it seriously hell NO

Smite

other spells that i havnt mentioned dont even make sense putting on annie so just stay away from them

As you can probably see this skill order prioritizes incinerate. WHy? because incinerate is Annie's shred and burn skill. Some people would argue to max disintegrate first but putting in 1 lvl at first is enough to harass and deal final blows until incinerate maxes out. Molten shield is good but not better than her other two skills so you should get 1 then max it out last. Of course get tibbers whenever you can.

note - of course every battle is situational so decide in points distribution between incinerate and disintegrate, i still recommend for incinerate to be atleast 1 point above disintegrate when leveling skills.

Masteries are your standard caster combo 9/0/21

Items are a huge part for annie to reach her damage potential.

Dorans Ring
makes laning easier and the extra ap helps harass and picking of champions

Boots of speed
increases annies already pretty good base speed and helps catch up to enemies early on

Rod of Ages
This is the item that well shape your progress throught the game, ASAP after boots.
standard caster equipment because the passive and extra boost in AP health and mana helps greatly. Annie becomes more stablized - if you get what i mean, and which in turn makes her more deadly. Decide to get blasting wand or catalyst order yourself its really situational. If your destroying people already the the wand if your farming focused and on def get catalyst.

Sorc Boots
The magic pen is really important for shredding damage. Once you get rod and this you should be melting peoples healths (which we will get into later, about the skill combo).

Void Staff
I like to get the staff at this time not only for the awsome ap but also magic pen is really important. Now days people are stacking armor like crazy so void staff counters that perfectly. Yes you can build mejais or archangles now but playing it safe never hurts (i've had alot of games where i do good early game i get mejais, people build magic resist i get owned, void staff fixes that).

Mejais
Now that your build is pretty much set for destroying people mejais comes in great. getting 20 should be easy.

Archangels
Archangels for the mana and AP, you should be spamming skills as annie as much as possible for your passive �time it right though).

Rylais
You probably wont even get to this but if so this is good because it slows and the extra health and Ap makes you even more of a formidable foe.

note - since i'm nooob and bad with mobafire i didnt see and deathcaps in the item list so be sure to put in some zhonya's hourglass and banskys deathcap in the build (right after void staff should be fine)

Magic PEN and AP helps the early game for kills

thats really all you need to rape lvl 1-8

Stun people with tibbers or incinerate and just stay in back of the group and pick people off with q

note - annies passive which i forgot to talk about, every five spell cast her next offensive spell stuns the target (tibbers drop = Aoe stun, incinerate - Aoe stun) so remember to time it just right. What i like to do is use molten shield to fill up those stacks.
