Annie - Tibbers to the Face (Updated 3/30/11)
Something I think you should mention though is a branch off build. If not a person on the enemy team is getting Magic Resist the Void Staff's 40% is not much. If a champion has 40 MR the shoes -20 = 20 then 40% of that is only -5 MR.
Basically, what I am trying to say is if the enemy has no MR equips perhaps getting Abyssal Scepter is the wiser choice.
