This build isnt all about tanking thats why i havent put any points in Defense but with this build you will be able to "Q" alot and your health bar is full most of the time early game till end game you'll be almost unkillable with this build, the most of the game.

Its always best to test a guide if you have all the runes :)

Red's/Mark's: Magic penetration
Yellow's/Seal's: Flat mana regeneration
Blue's/Glyph's: AP per level
Purple's/Quint's: Flat HP

Q is your main ability so allways level it up.
E is your second ability you want to use.
I dont find W that needful while laning, mostly im solo laning (often against 2 if not ranked)
And allways level up your Ultimate.

Ive tried all spells and them i find the most usefull was Ghost + Ignite
Flash can also work but i better like ghost
You can also go with exhaust but it isnt a must

It can be hard to farm if your against 2 while soloing (you dont have to be solo xD) that's why mana regen runes and masteries are important so you can last hit mobs with Q and harass your Enemies with Q.
If you get low you can just Q and get alot of hp back. :)

Item build for AP
Doran's Ring
Hextech Revolver
Boots of Speed (level 1 boots)
Spirit Visage
Then turn Boots of speed into a Mercury's tread's or Sorcerer's Shoe's
Randuin's Omen
Banshee's Veil
Turn your Hextech Revolver into a Will of The Ancients
Then sell Doran's Ring and buy Abyssal Scepter.


For AD: start with dorans ring
madreds razor
boots of speed (lvl 1 boots)
Spirit Visage
mercurys treads
madreds bloodrazor
Wit's end
Sunfire Cape
Sell doran's ring and buy Zeke's Herald.
