Max: ult when you can, q first, e second and w third.
Story: This build was a complete accident. Blitz was free so i went sup blitz with heal and flash (sup spells). We had 2 top, a jg, a mid and me as sup blitz. I thought i was screwed, but then i decided to build AP. I played it safe by not trying to get cs and just let them push the bot lane. This way, i could soak up exp and since it was 1 vs 2, i leveled up faster than them. After they pushed to my tower, i started looking for openings in the minion wave to try and get them with a q. At this point in the game (first 8 or so min), the q,e combo under a turret would kill them, but if needed then use ult. After going through the first 15 min like this (careful and patient), i was fed enough to 1 vs 2 them anytime, anywhere. The game went on for 40+ min and i was ridiculously fed and op. Have fun with this, cause i sure did.

Play it safe and dont cs; just take the exp and get some cs when you can, but if it involves taking damage, sont do it. Once you get tanky and fed, they will not be stupid enough to poke you while you farm cause then youll run 'em down.
