As AP, almost never. With ult, with lead, with prio only, or if you see enemy jg on the other side of the map.

PtA tempo build can basically do whatever the hell it wants as long as you don't get collapsed on. Beats nearly everything starting at level 3.

Sylas jungle? My experience against him has been... Negative. Any tips against him as AP Shyvana? Is it worth going executioner after your jungle item?

Wukong is missing in the mtachup list

Yeah he's one of the worst and least popular junglers in the game in skilled play so I never see him and am unsure of his power curve. I'll spitball it but can't really offer much.
