It requires 3 different types of attacks to get its increased ap but by the time you get that extra ap you will already have burned your Q and W which y know is ur main damage as ap cho.
From my pov cosmic is good on champs who have low cooldown and dps such as ryze cassio anivia.
Ive been to lazy this pre season with league and been doing school stuff but i know demonic is for sure is a must have.
idk abt cosmic tho it has somenice stats but feels like it wasnt made for cho
The procc-effect is nice if the enemy survives your full combo in 1v1 situations, even better in teamfights when you are able to catch something with let's say Q W E, giving you the MS boost to chase/hunt rest of enemy team.
If you dislike cosmic, you can go seraph aswell now. With the recent change this item gives you almost same stats besides the movement speed and fit's really well into your kit aswell.
So your endbuild could something be like:
Boots - Everfrost - Seraphs - Zhonyas - Raba - Demonic
Boots - Everfrost - Seraphs - Shadowflame - Zhonyas - Raba
Boots - Everfrost - Seraphs - Demonic - Raba - xxx
... if you dislike seraphs & cosmic drive tho
