Champion Build Guide
How the build works
In laning phase you want to poke with q for spellthieves quest completion and get klepto or dh stacks depending on which rune page you take. If you are using 
Dark Harvest and are lucky enough to make it into mid and late game your ult will one shot adcs. Although with Kleptomancy it is easier to stay ahead.
